Quincy conducted the inspection within a short notice and on a Sunday. The inspector planned ahead, due to rain expected during the inspector. He scheduled the roof to be reviewed earlier in the day to ensure capturing. During, the inspection, Quincy was thorough. He explained and answered all my questions, ensuring I had a clear understanding. Lastly, he provided an accurate, full and detailed report less than 24 hours after the inspection. I highly recommend Quincy as an inspector when purchasing a home. I feel secure with my first home purchase after his inspection.
