I would highly recommend Infinite Possibilities Home Inspection Services. Mr. Jones was timely, very professional and most importantly had a warm and kind hearted spirit. When I arrived he had already started the inspection on the outside. To my surprise the roof was already inspected by drone. He was very detailed and performed the inspection with great care and completeness, in other words, very thorough. He explained some of his concerns carefully and made sure we understood those items of concern. My inspection report.was in my email the next day. Because of this, I was able to understand and negotiate with the seller my contingencies. The inspector even offered me and my realtor some small chairs to sit in while we waited. My realtor said in over 25 years as a realtor, she has never had an inspector to offer her a chair. She informed she would definitely use their services again.
